Skin needling, or collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure.

The tiny needles are used to puncture the skin and create a controlled skin injury. Each puncture triggers the body to heal these microscopic wounds by producing new collagen and elastin. The process improves the skin texture and firmness, reduces scars, pores, and wrinkles.

The difference between microneedling done by a medical professional such as a doctor, PA, or NP and an aesthetician is the depth of the procedure. While an aesthetician can use the equipment with the 1 mm needle depth, the physician’s office can provide the treatments as deep as 3 mm. The deeper is the treatment, the more efficient it is in reaching deeper scars and wrinkles.

The best results are achieved when microneedling treatment is combined with PRP applications or injections.

We also offer microneedling of MOND’SUB/Paris hyaluronic acid solution; it provides renewable energy in living cells resulting in anti-aging effect.

For the best results it is recommended to start with 3 treatments 4 -5 weeks apart following by maintenance treatments every 6 months.
